First time violation of any of my TOS will result in a warning, you will be blacklisted after the second time.✦
✧ Designs/Adopts ✧✷ My designs are not allowed to be used commercially, unless otherwise discussed.✷ My designs must stay on Toyhouse. Co-owning is allowed but no more than two accounts may have the character's profile.✷ My designs cannot be sold for more than their initial purchase/creation worth without additional artwork. Free/Raffled characters have a base value of $0 unless they have additional art outside of me.✷ Please do not claim any of my works as your own.✷ You are free to adjust or alter any of my designs that you own. You can edit or draw over the original artwork as long as the original is available and visible in the character profile at all times.✷ Characters received through raffles have a base value of $0 unless they have additional art outside of me.✷ Stealing/tracing/etc is strictly prohibited.
✧ General Commissions ✧✷ i will not create any discriminatory or hateful content towards any race, gender, sexuality, or religious group.✷ My art is not allowed to be used commercially.✷ I have the right to refuse any commission requests, any harassment or similar actions would result in blocking or blacklisting.✷ Please provide as many visual references as possible, descriptions of the character’s personality, poses, expressions, etc.✷ I have diagnosed anxiety & ADHD so responses may be slow, but please don't hesitate to poke me again if you’d like a response or update.✷ I will send on a sketch / line draft to you for confirmation once I’ve begun. Any changes can still be made up for free at this stage. Once the sketch is confirmed, I will not continue until payment is sent.✷ Turnaround time is usually around 3 to 9 months depending on my queue and mental state, you can contact me at any point for updates if needed.✷ Minor changes can be still made once your piece is fully finished, but major alterations may require extra payments.✷ All refunds will be full if I haven’t started your piece, 50% can be refunded if requested at the sketch phase. If you’d like a refund after I’ve started the coloring process, please contact me for specifics depending on the situation.
✧ Payment + Refund ✧✷ I'm open to payment plans or holds as long as it's discussed beforehand.✷ Holds must be no longer than 2 weeks.✷ For all payment plans, 50% of the full worth must be placed as down payment, the length of the payment plan can be discussed.✷ I accept only paypal or cashapp.✷ Minor changes can be made if an adopt design is ABed, any major changes can be discussed.✷ While I do refunds for commissions, I will not be doing refunds for adopts, this includes any payments already sent in payment plans.
